All Services are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) that will be provided to the Client upon engagement.
All proposals and quotes provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a formal agreement is signed by both parties.
We retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, including our methodologies, tools, and code used to provide our Services. Any materials, designs, or content created by us as part of the Services ("Deliverables") will become the property of the Client upon full and final payment, unless otherwise specified in the MSA or SOW.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary access to information, accounts, and assets required for us to perform our Services. This includes access to ad accounts, website backends, analytics, and branding materials. The Client guarantees that all materials provided to us are owned by the Client or that the Client has permission to use them.
In no event shall Krishpy.org, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise. Krishpy.org shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our Services.
While we strive to provide the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as sales, leads, or search engine rankings. Digital marketing performance is subject to many external factors beyond our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information and materials shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, client data, and proprietary information. This obligation extends beyond the termination of our engagement.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
